高い視認性が求められる現場に最適なポリカーボネート製のパネル。ポリカーボネートは透明な熱可塑性樹脂で、その熱耐性・難燃性から防火性能に優れているため、機械防護安全柵に適した素材と言えます。 3mm厚のポリカーボネートシートを内側からパネルフレームにネジ止めすることで高い強度と耐衝撃性を実現しており、衝撃試験により、スマートフィックスシステムとの組み合わせで1,600ジュールの衝撃に耐えることを確認しております。 標準パネル幅は200mmから1,500mmの8段階。適合高さは2,200mmです。パネルフレームの標準色はブラックRAL9005ですが、ご要望に応じてカラーの変更も可能です。

The polycarbonate panel system integrates advanced material technology with practical machine guarding requirements. The 3 mm polycarbonate sheets mount securely into the 30x20 mm frame using internal screws, achieving an impact resistance of 1,600 joules when installed with Smart Fix system. Available in 8 widths from 200-1,500 mm for 2,200 mm system height. The standard black RAL 9005 frame provides optimal contrast, with custom RAL colors available. The naturally transparent, flame-retardant properties make it ideal for applications requiring both clear visibility and fire safety compliance.
