ラピッドフィックスシステムは、上部ブラケットと下部ブラケットの2つの固定具で構成されており、これらを60×40ポストに取り付けて使用します。 パネル固定ボルトは簡単にパネルの取り付け穴にはめ込むことができ、取り外そうとしない限りしっかりと固定されます。ボルトをパネルの上下取り付け穴にはめ込んだら、下側のボルトをポストに取り付けておいた下部ブラケットの溝にスライドインさせてください。その状態で、上側のボルトをカチッと音がするまで上部ブラケットにはめ込みます。上部ブラケット側の独自の固定機構によりパネルが正しい位置にスナップインしますので、これでパネルの固定は完了です。 ブラケットからパネルを取り外す際は、特殊な専用工具を使用して内側から固定を解除します。 ラピッドフィックスはEU機械指令の要件を満たしており、パネルを取り外しても固定具はパネルやポストから外れません。また、衝撃試験により1,600ジュールの衝撃に耐えることを確認しております。
