Smart Fix represents the core of Troax machine guarding solutions. The system combines our robust 60×40 posts with strong, zinc-plated brackets for superior durability and corrosion protection. Flexible mounting allows quick adjustment for uneven floors, while captive panel bolts fulfill all Machinery Directive requirements. The system integrates seamlessly with our mesh, steel, and polycarbonate panels, as well as our Rapid Fix and Strong Fix systems. Each installation is TÜV-certified to withstand impacts up to 2,100 joules, ensuring maximum safety in industrial environments.
