URSP 판금 패널은 용접 스파크나 스플래시 위험이있는 응용 분야에서 우수한 보호 기능을 제공합니다. 0.7mm의 프로파일 강판을 19x19x2,200mm 높이의 프레임에 용접하여 바닥을 쓸지 않고도 완전히 덮인 셀을 만들 수 있습니다. URSP 패널은 1,000줄의 충격을 견디는 테스트를 거쳤습니다. 패널은 포스트 앞에 패널을 장착하는 세이프 픽스 시스템으로 조립할 수 있어 틈이 생기지 않습니다. 스마트 픽스 시스템으로 조립할 경우, 패널과 포트 사이의 틈새는 갭 커버 또는 폼 삽입물 액세서리 제품으로 커버할 수 있습니다. 도어 블레이드에는 UXSP 패널이 사용됩니다. 높이는 2,100mm, 바닥 스윕은 100mm이며 폭은 980mm 또는 1,180mm의 두 가지로 제공됩니다. 표준 패널은 바닥 간격 없이 시스템 높이 2200mm에 맞게 200mm에서 1200mm까지 6가지 폭으로 제공됩니다. 패널 프레임의 표준 색상은 회색 RAL 7037이지만 패널은 원하는 색상으로 공급할 수 있습니다.
Product information
The URSP panel have a 0.7 mm profiled steel sheet welded to a 19x19mm frame, creating a fully covered wall that to withstand 1,000 joules impact. Compatible with Safe Fix system for gap-free installation, or Smart Fix system with optional Gap Cover or Foam Infill accessories. Wall panels are available in 6 widths from 200 mm to 1,200 mm for a system height of 2,200 mm. The door leaves, UXSP have a 30x20 mm frame and supplied in 2,100 mm height with 100 mm floor sweep, available in 980 mm or 1,180 mm widths. Standard grey RAL 7037 finish with custom colors available.
