ST20 메쉬 패널은 스마트 픽스 시스템과 함께 2,100줄의 충격을 견디는 테스트를 거쳤습니다. 2,100줄의 충격은 134kg이 시속 20.15km로 펜스에 부딪히는 것에 해당하며, TÜV의 검증 및 승인을 받은 테스트입니다. 메쉬 크기가 좁아 위험 요소로부터 120mm의 안전 거리를 확보할 수 있습니다. 표준 패널은 1,400mm, 2,200, 2,500 또는 2,700mm의 시스템 높이에 맞게 200mm에서 1,500mm까지 8가지 폭으로 제공됩니다. 트로악스의 표준 색상은 회색으로 위험 구역 전체에 걸쳐 최상의 가시성을 제공하지만 패널은 원하는 색상으로 공급할 수 있습니다.
Product information
The ST20 mesh panel combines strength and versatility in machine guarding applications. Built with a 19 × 19 mm frame and precise welding of the 3 mm wires, it creates a stable barrier that maintains safety distances while offering good visibility of the hazard zone. The ST20 mesh panel has a classic look with the mesh size of 20x100 mm. This allows a 120 mm safety distance from hazards and complies with international machine guarding standards. Available in 8 widths from 200 mm to 1,500 mm and heights of 1,250 mm, 2,050 mm, 2,350 mm or 2,5500 mm, the ST20 adapts to your specific requirements. While our standard Safety Grey ensures optimal hazard zone visibility, custom RAL colors are available to match your facilities' aesthetic needs.
