Mezzanine

Guardrail is our add-on to the Smart Fix system and is available with or without mesh panels. The system is tested according to EN-14122 Safety of machinery - Permanent means of access to machinery, Part 3 DIN-1055 Action on support structure, Part 3. The above standards do not describe anything about the actual floor fixing, the fixation to floor or platform has to be verified by the installer or customer as Troax cannot guarantee the quality of the floor material.

Post 60×40

The 60x40 mm post is assembled together with the Smart Fix, Rapid Fix and Safe Fix system.

Smart Fix

Smart Fix is our best-selling safe guard system. This versatile machine guard is extremely durable and fits most applications.

Panel ST20

The ST20 mesh panel is the most commonly used machine guarding panel that is suitable for a range of applications.

Panel ST30

The ST30 panel is a stronger mesh panel, suitable for heavy industrial use in a high risk environment.

Kickplate

Use the kick plate to infill the gap between the panels and the floor.

Panel UX450 Partitioning System

UX 450 is our original and strongest panel used in Warehouse Partitioning mesh walls.

Panel UR350 Partitioning System

Panel UR 350 is a good option to use as Warehouse Partitioning mesh walls.

Accessories Mezzanine

There are a couple of kits with fittings needed for the assembly of the Mezzanine Guardrail. We also have fittings to fix our panels against existing handrail or guardrail.
