Project Manager ERP

As a Project Manager ERP at Troax Group, you will lead and implement business-critical ERP projects that optimize our global operations. You will play a central role in ensuring our ERP solutions enhance manufacturing processes, strengthen our competitive edge, and create value across the organization.


The location for this position is flexible with a 50/50 hybrid working model at our HQ in Sweden, Hillerstorp. We also have an office in Jönköping where some of our employees spend part of their time. You will report to the VP IT of Troax Group and the role will include travel as Troax Group is a global company with sales and supplies across the world.

End-to-End ERP Implementation: Lead ERP projects from initiation to full implementation in a global business environment.


Process Mapping & Target Architecture: Analyze and document existing business processes, define future-state architecture, and ensure ERP solutions align with business goals.


Project Management: Plan, drive, and deliver ERP projects on time and within budget.


Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate internal teams and external consultants.


Risk & Resource Management: Ensure the right resources are in place and minimize project risks.


Communication: Act as the link between IT, business operations, and management to secure successful implementation.


Quality Assurance: Ensure the ERP system meets high standards and aligns with business needs.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strategic mindset and deep understanding of ERP systems in a global business environment.

You have proven experience of leading ERP projects from start to finish, including implementation, in a global setup and a strong background in business process mapping. It is also important that you have ability and experience to design a target architecture for ERP solutions.

You possess strong leadership, ability to drive change, analytical, and project management skills, and are fluent in English.
