Sigma Single Skin Partitioning

The Sigma single skin partitioning system is ideal for factory or warehouse environments. It is perfect for enclosing working areas where appearance is important, but a double-skin system is not necessary, making the Sigma single skin steel partitioning range a very popular economic solution. It offers a lightweight yet durable solution for workplaces.


Typical applications include perimeter guarding around heavy-duty machinery, robots, conveyors, and other forms of automated equipment.


Designed for full demountability, the Sigma single skin partitioning system allows individual panels to be removed without necessitating the dismantling of the entire enclosure. Maintenance access is simplified, and the system may be integrated with the Elan range to create highly flexible working environments.

Sigma is available in six different configurations: AS (all steel), FM (full mesh), SG (steel glass), SMS (steel mesh-steel), SGS (steel-glass-steel) and SM (steel mesh).


All Sigma panels come in the standard sizes shown.

The standard mesh size is 50.8mm (2 inches). Alternative mesh sizes, including 25.4mm (1 inch) and 12.7mm (½ inch), are available upon request.

All Sigma single skin partitioning panels are prepared and powder coated to exacting quality standards. A TGIC- and lead-free powder coating is applied to an average thickness of 70 microns.


Custom colour options, including non-standard and corporate branding, can be provided. Specialist coatings such as anti-static/electro-dissipative and antimicrobial finishes are also available upon request.


Panels are manufactured and finished in Troax’s UK-based production facility.
