Partition walls

Troax steel partition walls are used to separate goods, vehicles and machinery from people in a secure way. In warehouses, partitions create free paths in forklift truck passageways that combine safety and efficiency. Fast evacuation doors can be installed in the system with your choice of placement or lockable gates protecting valuable goods from unauthorised personnel. Our flexible steel partition wall systems are available in a variety of panel sizes in the UX450, UR350, UR325 and UR SP panels, along with several door combinations and accessories. When put together they create a complete and versatile solution. Standard heights: 2,200 and 3,000 mm. Maximum free-standing wall: 6,600 mm. With fixings to the existing construction, there are almost no limitations regarding height.

Panel UR SP Partitioning

UR SP is a steel sheet partition panel that is ideal when protection from outside view is requested.

Post 60×40 WP

Post 60x40 is the backbone of the steel partition wall system and is compatible with all panel types and fixing systems.

Post 80×80 WP

Post 80x80 is our strongest post for steel partition walls and is compatible with all panel types. It can be used in the whole installation or just for extra door support.

Single Hinged door

Single hinged doors are the most popular door option for our steel partition wall systems, suitable for many applications, with all kinds of lock alternatives.

Single Sliding Door

The single sliding door is a very stable solution with several lock options. It is compatible with many applications.

Roof Beam

Roof beams are mainly used for big solutions and data centre cages, but they can also be used for art gallery storage. The roof beams are z-shaped and while resting on 60x40 posts they provide support for roof panels.

Panel UX450 Partitioning

UX 450 is our original and strongest panel used in warehouse partitioning mesh walls.

Panel UR350 Partitioning

Panel UR 350 is a good option to use as warehouse partitioning mesh walls.

Panel UR325 Partitioning

UR 325 is the preferred mesh panel for aerosol storage and where small items are being stored.

Safe Fix 80×80 bracket

Safe Fix 80x80 bracket is used together with the 80x80 post for a very strong and solid installation.

Safe Fix 60×40 bracket

The 60x40 bracket is the key detail in the Safe Fix system, which is used for partitioning walls.

Smart Fix 60×40 bracket

The Smart Fix 60x40 bracket is an option to be used for steel partition walls. With this bracket, the 60x40 post is placed inline with the wall instead of behind as for our Safe Fix system.

Linear Sliding Door

When you need a door with a clear opening height, you need our Linear Sliding Door. The design is such that no overhead track is required - therefore there is no headroom restriction.
